I chose this costume based on the fact that the costume manufacturer had an available on-line sizing guide. The costume fit really well and according to the specs. The material was nicer than I expected... the bodice is fake leather and the tie in front is a simple ribbon rather than a cord, but it is solidly made and I'll be able to use it for a couple of years rather than just the two halloween events I have planned this year.

I was hesitant to order this because of the reviews that said it ran small. I am unhappily on the larger side after having my kids and wear a size 16 pants. I ordered the XXL hoping for the best and it fit well! I have worn it to a ren fair and a halloween party and intend to wear it to another ren fair in the spring. It is very cute for the money and I am glad I took the chance and ordered it! I did replace the gold ribbon lace with a brown cord that looked much better. Also, I did need to pin the belt as it would not have stayed on otherwise.
